1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and BinaryInfura Pvt. Ltd. ("we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of our engineering services, website, documentation, and source code deployments.

2. Engineering Services Overview

BinaryInfura operates as an elite software engineering agency specializing in:

• High-velocity Minimum Viable Product (MVP) creation.
• Design, deployment, and auditing of multi-agent Large Language Model (LLM) pipelines.
• Enterprise SaaS Architecture and System scaling.
• Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) and Cloud Operations.

Service deliverables are strictly subject to agreed-upon Statements of Work (SOWs) signed separately by the client.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated in a signed Master Service Agreement (MSA), the Website and its original content, features, and functionality are our proprietary property. Upon final delivery and full payment of custom product engineering cycles, intellectual property rights of the specific codebase developed for a client are transferred as explicitly detailed in the project's SOW.

4. Confidentiality

We engage in rigorous Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) prior to initiating architectural reviews. All client data, proprietary software designs, and business workflows submitted for evaluation are held in absolute strict confidence and are processed within highly restrictive technological parameters.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event will we or our directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, loss of data, or other damages arising from your use of the site or our deployed systems, subject to the explicit liability caps established in your respective enterprise contract.
